This was much harder than I expected.  Part of it was grip.  Part of it was expanded range of motion.  Good movement to get comfortable with.

Finisher

DB Overhead Walk

3 x 35# dumbbell - 100 feet (down and back), switch hands, repeat, rest 1 minute.

45 minutes total workout
