This was a repeat workout for me.  I did 17.5(s) in 2017 as part of the open and logged times of 17 minutes at Aspire and 14:29 at WMCF.  Today, I finished in 16:44 and felt good about the effort.  I moved really well with all of the sets unbroken, but really long breaks during transition.  My original pacing was aiming for around 90 seconds per round, but I fell off of that on rounds 7-10.


Reverse Hypers

My back is continuing to improve and the reverse hyper is the best money I have spent in a long time.
