Run

2.25 mile (12:10/mile; 27:30 moving time) run around the neighborhood.  I did a big loop and a small loop.

EMOM

I was planning on the Vintage CrossFit workout, but I calves were not having any part of the double unders.  

"Ronan" - 100 DU - 50 DB SA snatch - 100 DU - 100 WBS - 100 DU - 50 DB SA C&J - 100 DU

Instead I went with:

EMOM 12:  20# WBS
min 1-6 - 8 reps
min 7-12 - 5 reps

This allowed for a 1:2 work to rest ratio and an accumulated 88 Wall Ball Shots.  20# is still ridiculously heavy.

EMOM 12:  Pull-ups
min 1-8 - 2 reps
min 9-12 1 rep

Nice volume at 20 reps total
