5 Knee to Elbow
This is a repeat from my on ramp at CrossFit Undeniable March 11, 2015 when I got 4 rounds + 10 reps. 8 years later, I put up 5 rounds + 6 reps. Not bad. The wall ball shots were still the worst part. First 2 rounds were quick at about 1:20 each and then I slowed down to about 2:20 each round.
