Set height to hole below "G"

166# - empty carries
206# - 10's
266# - 25's

Felt pretty good, but my back felt compressed.  Did some thoracic openers and felt better

Keg Carry (comp will be at 100#, 60 second time limit)

107#
Did some short runs of 20ish feet and the longest was 40ish feet.  Moved well

Axle Clean & Press (comp will be at 75-95-115#, 30 second time limit)

Worked with 75#, 95#, 125#.  Felt good, definitely will need chalk

18" Deadlift (225#, 30 second time limit) - did not practice
Farmers Hold (110#, 60 second time limit) - did not practice

60 minute total workout
