Deadlift

Build to 3 Rep Max

Warmed up with 135, 185, 225, 255.  Completed 3 reps at 275 and 285.  Had a little more in the tank, but not much.

minute 1:  8 Deadlifts @65% of 3RM - 185# (good weight moved well)
minute 2:  8 Box Jumps 30" (scaled to 6 Box Jumps at 27")
minute 3:  Max Strict Handstand Push-ups (scaled to 5 Box Hand Stand Push-ups)
minute 4:  Rest

This was a great EMOM with roughly a 1:1 work to rest ratio.  I felt like I moved well and worked on skills that I usually do not.  Programming was from Vintage CrossFit.
