These got heavy fast, but I was able to maintain reasonable form. I was doing better at keeping my ribs tucked in when it was lighter

I scaled this to 95# and did tuck-ups. It was a fast workout at 6:43. I finished the first round in just over a minute and then slowed down considerably. I went unbroken on tuck-ups and HRPU. I went 12; 8/4; 6/6; 6/6 on the push press. 65# was the right weight.
Double Under (10 min)
I spent some time practicing double unders. I was planning on doing 10 sets of 10, but I was missing reps and ended up 10/9/10/10/6/10/9/10/9/10. After a few minutes, I went for a max reps set and managed 24 unbroken.
Programming was from CFG. DU were from Comptrain that had a workout of DU, Thrusters and OH Squats. I need to work on my thrusters.
Loving the timer in the gym. Next update will be barbell storage.
