I was warm from the Mace session, but did a light set of front squats

Every 3 minutes
10 at 60%
8 at 65%
6 at 70%
4 at 77%
2 at 85% of 1RM
This was taken from Vintage Crossfit that was adopted from Comptrain. Target weights were
My listed front squat from April 2019 was 203#, but it has been a while since I have done front squats.
My numbers ended up being
75 (37%)
95 (47%)
115 (57%)
135 (67%)
155 (76%)
Getting under 135 felt heavy and 8 reps at that weight would not been healthy for me.
