tempo front squat with 45, 75#

Strength

Front Squat (4 sets)
2 Front Squat at 42X1 tempo + 4 Front Squat

I worked up from 95, 105, 115, 125# and felt good about the movement, but struggled with the tempo as it got heavy

rest 1 min between rounds

I scaled this to 75# and it was still brutal
