Snatch Technique

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes

1 snatch pull + 1 muscle snatch

I built up from 35, 45, 55, 65, 70, 75, 75

These felt good, but I am really looking forward to getting a 28.5 mm barbell

Metcon

AMRAP 6

6 hang power snatch
10 front rack reverse lunge

Prescribed weight was 75/65, but I scaled to 45# primarily due to the reverse lunges.  These felt surprisingly good and I got through 4 rounds + 5 reps.  Knocking out 40 reverse lunges gave me some confidence if Dekafit returns to Denver.

Programming was from Crossfit Golden for 6.12.20
