Convict Conditioning

Push-ups - 14/12, these felt good

Close Squat - 15/15, heels are still not touching

Pull-up - 4/4

Bent Leg Raise - 15/10

Straight Bridge - 8/8

Handstand Hold - 20 seconds (I also did a HSPU to 2 abmat and a negative to 2 abmat, these felt horrible.  I think part of it is my body weight at 189# and part of it is like of HSPU work)
