This was much harder than I expected. It was nice to get in some heavy sets, but I expected them to be heavier.

HSPU - 1
Pull-ups - 2
Modified Sit-ups - 10
This went equally bad. I could not complete a HSPU the first 2 rounds and was executing the 3 abmats on the last 3 rounds. Pull-ups were OK, but certainly not tempo. Sit-ups felt good and I could have increased the rep range.
