Compared to Fall and Spring of 2022 this is a setback.
S 235 - 240 - 235 (down 5#, 2%)
B 190 - 195 - 170 (down 25#, 13%)
D 325 - 330 -325 (down 5#, 1%)
I totaled 765# in the fall and the majority of the decline (5%) came on the Bench.
Squat - 205, 225, 235 (3 for 3), wore mouth guard, knee sleeves and lever belt
Bench - 170, 175 (1 for 3), wore mouth guard, wrist wraps, SBD elbow sleeves
Deadlift - 315, 325 (2 for 3), wore mouth guard, knee sleeves and 2Pood Belt
Going 6 for 9 is not great, but it is a good reminder that I need to start benching more often. I was pleased with the squat. I expected my deadlift to go up, but my posterior chain was feeling a little twitchy on the 325 pull and I did not want to go up any higher.
