Water Rower

5 min (1000m) this had a pretty interesting feel and was quite different from the Concept2.  The water sound was peaceful compared to an air fan and for a steady state workout, it was quite difficult.

Calisthenics

EMOM 10
1 pull-up
5 push-up
5 air squats

This was about a 1:1 work to rest ratio

30 minutes total workout
