4 Reps @ 75% - 245
4 Reps @ 80% - 260
4 Reps @ 80% - 260
3 Reps @ 85% - 275
2 Reps @ 87+% - 285#

Felt good and was moving well.

Wall Ball Shots

100 WBS for time (14# to 10' target)

I knew this was going to suck and it did.  It was a good exercise in pacing and mental toughness.  I started with 12-8-6 and then did quick sets of 4.  I reached 50 at about 3:40 and finished 100 at 7:54 (4:14 for the second 50).  I felt like I was moving well and would like to work up to finishing this in 10 sets of 10 reps.
