Min 1: 3 Power Snatches @ 75% - 75#
Min 2: 2 Power Snatches @ 82% - 82.5#
Min 3: 1 Power Snatch @ 85% - 85#

*The last minute will have you finish on the 3 reps @ 75% of your 1rm.

This felt pretty good and I was moving well.  Programming from Vintage CrossFit.

Metcon

5 rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
15 push-ups

I finished in 16:05 (cumulative row time was 13:05).  First 4 push-up sets were unbroken.  Programming adapted from main site programming yesterday.
