Line drills - butt kick, high knee, A-drill, prime times, bounding

Sprints

8x200 meters with 100 meter recovery walk (going every 2:30)

First 6 were great finishing in 51-55 seconds.  Then I felt my groin start to tighten up and I jogged the last 2 at around 66 seconds.
