PK notified me that the order of events for the B Division would be
- Deadlift (18", 225#, 30 sec)
- Axle (75, 95, 115#, 30 sec)
- Farmer's Hold (110#/hand, 60 sec)
- Yoke (265#/35#, 60 sec)
- Keg (100#, 60 sec)
So I decided to practice in that order
Deadlift - 3 sets with 225 - 9, 10, 8 reps in 30 seconds
Axle Clean and Press - 3 reps at 75, 95, 115 in roughly 13-18 seconds
Farmer's Hold - 110# each hand - 3 x 30 seconds
Yoke - A few runs at 265# with 35# dumbbell press in between
Keg - 2 efforts at about 110 feet each time
