Run
1.72 mile (12:16/mile; 21:12 moving time) run around Lakewood Gulch and Paco Sanchez Park. Mix of running and walking to get my bearings around the park system. It extends significantly in both directions if I want to mix in out and backs.

I was pretty disappointed in both measures. I feel like there is a lot of room for improvement on crunches.
