This little chipper from Vintage CrossFit gave me pause. and I considered to scaling the distance and reps in the BBJO and KB C&J at the outset. Instead, I gave myself a 5 minute window for the first set of burpees and was going to play the C&J by ear.

Shuttle Run - 2:00 (I lost count and may have done an extra one)

12 Dual DB C&J, 35# - I managed 4x3 before calling it after struggling for a couple of minutes

I finished in 34:21 which is right around where I wanted to be for this one. I had a soft cap in my head of 30 minutes. The BBJO were an important movement for me to get going on. I really need to work on my KB technique. Overall, I was quite pleased.
