Strict Press Pyramid Challenge
All sets to be unbroken. No supports (wrist wraps, belt, etc allowed).
I decided to give this a whirl and was fine for the first 20 reps. I started to push press at 65# and bailed during the set of 95#. Anybody who finishes is a beast.
I finished my workout with 20 pull-ups (2 reps EMOM)
