The suggested loading was 80% of Front Squat (80% of 195 would be 156#). I chose to scaled down to 135# and it was still very challenging.
Metcon was supposed to be Thrusters
18-15-12-9-6-3 every 1:15. I broke for a meeting and lunch, but may catch this up.
