Played around for 10 minutes, managed 25#.  Press from bottom of squat requires significant mobility


Back Squat

Double Unders

Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes

5-4-11-6-12
11-9-9-8-2

Pull Ups

1 rep every 30 seconds for 5 minutes = 10 total

My plan was to follow Vintage CFG programming for today, but my double unders sucked and I opted to work on technique.
