I scaled this to abmat sit-ups; 20" box, 35# OHS and opted for a work 45 seconds / rest 15 seconds rather than full 1 minute rounds.
I managed
18 sit-ups
5 BBJO
11 OHS
4 BPU
per round and held those numbers for all four rounds. I liked to the model and it was a fun way to get in 36 burpees.
