I had been wanting to try this for a while and while I am a far cry from a competitive weight, I was quite pleased to be able to stabilize the bar and move it.  Due to some limited right wrist mobility, I was depending heavily on balance and my left hand to walk it up my back.

Worked with both implements and a 10# plate

Pull-ups

1 rep every 30 seconds.

I was not feeling very energetic and decided to try a new lift to understand technique and keep things interesting.  The rest of the work was filler for the last 25 minutes of the workout.
