This felt really sketchy to me, but always good to try new things.
My intent is to walk through all of the USAWA lifts.
- (A) 48 Bar Lifts - Presses, Snatches, Cleans, Jerks
- (B) 19 Bar Lifts - Deadlifts
- (C) 9 Bar Lifts - Squats
- (D) 28 Bar Lifts - Misc
- (E) 21 Dumbbell Lifts
- (F) 13 Fulton Bar (2" Bar) Lifts
- (G) 5 Heavy Lifts
- (H) 14 Old-Time Strongman Lifts
- (I) 30 Special Equipment Lifts
That is 187 unique lifts. I will have to get through 125, before needing a Fulton Bar and I will probably just use an axle bar. Heavy Lift bar will take some figuring. If I get far enough into it, I will consider Dinnie Rings and a 2" Vertical Bar.
I recently came across an active Reddit featuring odd lifts. I have often clicked on reddits as part of a search, but never signed up. I may just have to. December challenge is a dumbbell swing.
Also, I got interested in Gripboard and may have to subscribe to some of their threads.
Fun stuff.
