Warm Up with Hip Hammy flow at home.  800 m warm up jog at the track.

3 x 800 m (200 m walk between efforts)

Despite feeling good today, these were slow at:

4:14
4:22
4:28

I am definitely going to get back to short distance efforts (200 m and 400 m to improve top end speed).
