Sharkk Fitness

We went through 5 movement groups with KB, SM (steel mace) and DB

Press (3 rounds)

Swing (3 rounds)

Squat (3 rounds) - I only did 2

Curl (3 rounds) - I only did 2

Class is designed for 45 minutes and I was already over.  I started with a 35# KB, but switched to a 25# KB.  I used a 10# steel mace the whole time.  I used 17.5# dumbbells.  I cannot remember the last time I did curls.  Definitely changing things up.
