Wednesday - 1100 - HIIT
Thursday - 1715 - Bag Class / 1815 - RTS Level 1
Saturday - 0900 - Bag Class / 1000 - Dutch Drills
My plan is to attend Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. Spaces in classes can be reserved via text.
Crossfit was costing around $10/training session. If I can go to Sharkk Fitness 2-3 times/week it will work out to $11/class.

We went through a series of kettlebell combinations and mace movements
KB Combo 1
3 times through with Left arm & Right arm, 6 of the following sequences - Single Arm
Swing

Snatch
High Pull
KB Combo 2
3 times through with Left arm & Right arm, 6 of the following sequences - Single Arm

Second combo, I did half switch squats and half 360s
Third combo, I did 360s
Single arm kb work is not something I have done much of. That was fun. The clean and snatch were a little tough, I need to work on technique. Overall I felt good.
They have a very friendly atmosphere and for now, while classes are below capacity, they are willing to let the kids tag along. Bonus!
I am glad to be back in a group setting. The MMA Strength and Conditioning combined with my running and home Crossfit workouts should result in a nice balance.
The Genesis Training Center has a ton more classes and can accommodate a free trial so I would like to drop in on some of those like Boxing which goes 4 days a week at 5 PM or 6 PM depending on the day.
