Bayonet (4 rounds)
8 squat on each side with SM on side
8 joust each side
Archer Push Up (4 rounds)
8 each side (instead of SM, I scaled to archer on floor)
8 plank row each side
Shoulder Curl (4 rounds)
8 each side (keep SM vertical, I could not do this with my right arm)
8 offset press
Side Lunge (4 rounds)
8 side lunges (prayer pass in center)
8 360 swings
We were resting about a minute between rounds and essentially working at a similar pace. The whole thing took about 40 minutes.
