I scaled this to 95# and strict pull-ups.  I finished in 14:54.

Round 1 was OK at 10/10 and singles on the pull-ups (4:20)
Round 2 was tough at 8/7/5 and singles (5:20)
Round 3 was tough at 6/6/5/3 and singles (5:14)

Programming was from Crossfit Golden.
