RTS I

SM - 3 rounds of 8 reps
Uppercut Press (right)
360 Ballistic curl
Uppercut Press (left)

DB - 3 rounds of 12 reps
Seesaw overhead press
Alternating row
Alternating curl

Body Weight - 3 rounds of 8 reps
Pike Push-ups
Bear Series
Up-Up-Down-Down (plank push-ups)

KB - 3 rounds of 10 reps (I only did 2 rounds)
Deadlift
Swing
Clean and Squat
