Warm Up

1-2-3-Low Kick


One - 1-Low Kick

Two - 1-2-Low Kick

Three - 1-2-3-Low Kick

Four - 1-2-3-2-Low Kick

Five - 1-2-3-2-3-Low Kick

Fun - 1-1-2-3-Low Kick-3

With a regular stance (left foot forward / right foot back; Southpaw is opposite)

1 jab with left hand
2 jab with right hand
3 hook with left hand (can be to body or head)
Low Kick is with foot opposite the last punch

We finished with 50 low kicks each leg

This was a fun class.  Coach Mike spent some time discussing how combinations translate to fighting.  Had I not brought the girls, I definitely would have stuck around for RTS 1
