This was modified from CFG workout for today which called for 750 m row, 10 HRPU, KB (24/16 kg), 30 DU. I was thrilled with my DU performance, but anxiously awaiting how my calves feel tomorrow. I felt substantially lighter.

I have been neglecting T2B and they came up on the Comptrain workout for today so I put some technique work in.
