Metcon

Every 6 minutes for 30 minutes (5 sets)

400 m run
10 HRPU
20 Goblet reverse alternating lunges (15#)
30 DU

Round 1:  30 unbroken DU (4:42)
Round 2:  30 unbroken DU (4:29)
Round 3:  2 sets for DU (4:38)
Round 4:  4 sets for DU (5:00)
Round 5:  30 unbroken DU (4:50)

This was modified from CFG workout for today which called for 750 m row, 10 HRPU, KB (24/16 kg), 30 DU.  I was thrilled with my DU performance, but anxiously awaiting how my calves feel tomorrow.  I felt substantially lighter.

T2B Technique

EMOM 10 

6 kipping leg raises.

I have been neglecting T2B and they came up on the Comptrain workout for today so I put some technique work in.
