I finished in 16:50 and was fairly pleased. The run took me 5:10. I did singles on the pull-ups, strict the first 5 and kipping the last 15. I broke the OHS into 5 sets of 8 reps. I broke the sit-ups into 5 sets of 12 reps.
Strength was from CGF for 7.13.20; Metcon was modified from Comptrain "Jackie Legs" for 07.13.2020
