1000 meter ski erg
dips - 5 sets of 3 reps
incline DB press

5x70# (it felt pretty damn good to swing the 70# dumbbells up)
15 minutes total workout

At Home I worked out with Ratna
EMOM skill work
1-4 pull-ups - 4-3-3-3
5-8 back extension - 10-8-8-8 (with 10 or 15# plate)
9-12 inversions - hold, then 1-1-1 rep to 2 abmats
12 minutes total workout
