SLIPS

Scales - 20 seconds each of 4 positions 2 times through

L-sit - 4 times max effort on the minute, about 10 seconds

Inversions - 15 second hold, 2 HSPU to 2 abmat, 1 negative to 1 abmat

Plank - 60 seconds arms extended, 60 seconds on elbows

Stretch - in warm up

Bench Press

Build to heavy single

CFG was benching today, so I decided to incorporate it into my WOD.  Ratna was training with me so it was a good day for SLIPS
