This sounded really bad, but was actually OK. I started with 4 pull-ups per round and dropped to 3 and finally 2. Push-up started at 10-11 and dropped to 8. Sit-up and Air Squat were more consistent around 9 and 10.

The Tabata Timer on the Rogue only does 4 minutes which ends up only being 2 rounds. I should have just set an interval timer for 99 rounds on 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. Either way the volume was around 30 pull-ups, 85 push-ups, 95 sit-ups and 90 air squats. Programming was from Crossfit.com
