Warm up with 360 swings

Steel Mace

360 - Uppercut - Switch Squat - Switch Squat - 3 sets of 12 reps

360 - Curl - Side Lunge - 3 sets of 12 reps

X - Box Squat Series - 3 sets of 8 reps*

*each rep consists of bell down squat, switch, opposite side bell down squat, bell at shoulder press up, bell at opposite shoulder press up

Finished with foam roller for thoracic opening.
