Despite the reasonable scaling this was a tough workout and exactly what I needed.
Round 1: 5:45
Round 2: 12:07 (6:22)
Round 3: 18:28 (6:21)
The row was steady between 2:30 and 2:40. The deadlifts were fast and unbroken. The box jumps were the pain train and I was happy to steadily chip away at them.
