This sounded horrible, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was moving well and scaled this perfectly getting at least 1 minutes rest between rounds. The runs were between 2:38 and 2:5x. This is typical for me. The DB Box step overs were a grind and took another 2.5ish minutes. The rows were smooth at 2 minutes and afforded some time to rest. The Farmer's Carry was tough but quick at about 1 minute. I had 100' marked off and would go the distance, shake it out and walk them back.
It was a nice mental win to do work.
