4 Hand Flask Challenge
Left Hand - 39.05 lb (17.7 kg)
Right Hand - 34.30 lb (15.6 kg)
Both Hands - 78.60 lb (35.7 kg)
First chance playing with the Flask and definitely want to train with it more.
I set up using my York Squat Stands and Spring Clips to Set the Knock Bar (Hillman 48" marker). For the cross guard, I used a magnetized stick designed to hang tools attached to the base plate. It worked well.
Conditioning
8 Rounds for Time:
200 meter run
6 push-ups
12 air squats
Finished in 19:34. I was looking for some good movement before the Super Bowl and was happy with this programming.
