I was looking for some old school basic conditioning and this certainly fit the bill. I came out steady with a first round at 2:20, but still slowed considerably. My finish time was 14:41 and was pleased with the time domain and movements. Rope skips and pull-ups were unbroken. Air squats were steady, but was taking pauses.
