I scaled this to 75 pounds and was still on the stuggle bus. I go to the round of 9 and finished 2 of 9 push presses for 84 total reps (7 rope climbs, 42 front squat, 35 push press). Ratna trained with me and substitued 3 ring rows for rope climbs and used dumbbells for the front squat and push press.
