Shuttle Run - 12.23 (last time was 11.87)

Push-ups - 17 (last time was 18)
One Mile Run - 9:03 (last time was 9:44)
Overall a good improvement in sit-ups and running and maintaining on pull-ups and push-ups. Shuttle run was significantly slower. I am going to use the basketball throw as a true benchmark. It is hard to believe that I am throwing it 5 yards less than before. Last test was 4-23-2023.
