Station 2 - 5 Box Jump to 24 inches
Station 3 - 1 Rope Climb - 12 feet
Station 4 - 3 Stone to Shoulder - 70 pounds
Station 5 - 30 second plank hold

This was a fun workout to play with my new rope and do some additional skill work.  I had to break after round 1 to cook dinner.
