Deadlift
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70-75%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80-85%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85-90%
*Set 5 – 3 reps @ 80-85%
*Set 6 – 3 reps @ 80-85%
Working off of a 315# 1RM, I was able to hold the percentages

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
12 Farmers Carry Alternating Reverse Lunges (24/16kg KBs)
9 Toes to Bar
6 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
I scaled to 15# DB alt reverse lunges, hanging knee raises and 2 HSPU to 2 abmats per round.
I finished 5 rounds + 21 reps when time was called and finished the last 2 HSPU after time was called. This was a good workout for me. I do still want to work on T2B, but decided to focus on HSPU instead.
