12.19 mile (1 hour 15 minute; 9.8 mph)) ride on the Stationary Trainer. This intensity was perfect for me and I feel like I am at a good FTP setting.
Weightlifting
Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes (4 sets)
Strict Press - 3-4 reps
Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes (4 sets)
Push Press - 3-4 reps
I went 95, 100, 105, 105# on the strict press
I went 105, 110, 115, 115# on the push press
Programming was from Crossfit Golden which also called for a metcon.
