Comptrain Barbell Warm Up
Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes (8 sets)
I have been neglecting my mobility and overhead squats, but these felt pretty good.
Station 1 - 50 DU
Station 2 - 10 OHS (135/95)
Station 3 - Max Effort Burpees
Station 4 - Rest
I scaled this to 30 DU and 45# OHS and still struggled mightily. I got the DU every time, but it always took me multiple sets. The OHS were unbroken and 45# was the correct scaled weight. The burpees were a question of motivation and I got 9-8-9-8-7-8 reps. The one minute rest was just enough to the the DU were manageable, but my timing and rhythm was off.
