While watching television, I came across a push-up workout on HSTL. This called for push-ups 20, 19, 18, ..., 1 for time. That would be a whopping 210 push-ups. I scaled it to 12, 11, etc which is still 78 push-ups. The gist is that you need to rest long enough to do each set unbroken. A pause at the top is OK. The 78 reps took me 8:30
